SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Thank you for your interest in yogaRIOT’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and our Scholarship Program. Here you will find important information about scholarship eligibility, amounts, and application deadlines, so be sure to read through this page thoroughly.

The mission of yogaRIOT’s teacher training programs is to make the teachings of yoga, health, and well-being available to all who seek it. The intention of the scholarship fund is to make our programs available to individuals seeking to deepen their yoga practice and to teach yoga regardless of their financial situation.

Submitting a scholarship application does not guarantee that you will receive one, nor does it admit you into the training program.

Application Deadlines

Your application must be received by November 10th. You will be notified by email when your application has been received. You will be notified about the status of your application on Monday, November 13th.

All application deadlines are final. We are unable to consider applications received after the deadline.

To award scholarships, we take into account a variety of factors in addition to financial need. Please take a moment to answer the following questions. How will you personally benefit from participating in our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training?

How do you plan to share your new skills with others in your community?

What abilities or experience do you already possess that will enable you to effectively share these new skills with others?

Do you plan to teach to special or underserved populations? ie. nursing homes, prisons, veterans

Tell us what unique qualities you can bring to the practice and furtherance of yoga?
