Annie began her journey on the Eight Fold Path in 2003 after the death of her husband. Yoga healed her body and her heart and gave her a place to feel strong when the world fell apart. Annie studied with Karen Abbott, Bikram Choudhury, Baron Baptiste, and a host of other amazing fellow yogis around the world before opening yogaRIOT in the summer of 2015. After eight amazing years as leader for this community she handed the reins to Caroline and began planning to travel the world teaching yoga. Annie is leading our three-module teacher training for 2023, Spring, Summer, and Fall modules.
