WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
SEPTEMBER SOUND BATH

As September settles into its quieter rhythm, we gather to root ourselves in stillness and ease. The long days of summer are softening, and the earth reminds us to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to balance.
This sound bath is an invitation to rest close to the ground — supported by the steady tones of the Chinese Chau gong, 432hz singing crystal bowls, swinging meditation chime, crystal harp, and various ethereal chimes. The vibrations move gently through the body, releasing tension, calming the mind, and guiding us back to our natural state of harmony.
- Chinese Chau gong: deep, powerful resonance aiding in calmness and grounding
- 432hz singing crystal bowls: harmonize with your body's natural frequencies, promoting a sense of balance and inducing deep relaxation
- swinging meditation chime: creating a soothing and mesmerizing soundscape, aiding in relaxation and meditation
- crystal harp: creates magical and ethereal resonance felt throughout your body, amplifying spiritual cleansing and relaxation
- chimes: evoke feelings of peace and tranquility
Take this time to pause, to reconnect with yourself, and to listen to the quiet wisdom of the season. You’ll leave feeling grounded, nourished, and centered — ready to move into autumn with presence and peace.
Your comfort is paramount to your experience. Please bring items with you that will aid in your comfort as you lay on the floor. Camping mattress / sleeping bag / padded mat / pillow / blanket / etc.

About the Immersion
Urban Immersion: The Path of the Śiṣya is a 3-day intensive in strength, study, and self-inquiry.
Śiṣya means “devoted student” in Sanskrit — a reminder that yoga is more than postures. It is a lifelong path of practice, study, and truth.
Across this weekend, you’ll dive deep into alignment, mobility, and personal growth, while exploring yoga’s roots in philosophy and self-study. Expect a balance of challenging physical practice, targeted drills, and tools for calming stress, reframing mindset, and reconnecting with self-compassion.
Bring: a notebook, a pen, and an open mind.
