Pages & Poses: Guided Journaling, Breath & Flow

Join us in for Pages & Poses, a transformative three-part outdoor series that blends guided journaling, intentional breathwork, and dynamic vinyasa flow.
Each session begins with reflective writing prompts designed to help you uncover what's beneath the surface - followed by a breath-connected movement practice to release what no longer serves you. Rooted in the five Niyamas (self-discipline, surrender, contentment, self-study, and clarity), this experience supports emotional processing, mindfulness, and personal growth.
This series closes each week with an optional sharing circle to foster connection and community.

What To Bring: A Journal, writing utensils, a yoga mat, and anything that helps you feel grounded and comfortable for outdoor movement and reflection.

Hiking & Yoga with Brittany

Join us this summer for a refreshing blend of movement and mindfulness in the great outdoors. We'll start with a short, accessible hike through scenic trails - each chosen for their gentle terrain, beautiful views, and peaceful grassy spots perfect for grounding into stillness. After our hike, we'll spend 30 minutes in a calming yoga flow designed to relax the body quiet the mind, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
We'll meet at yogaRIOT to coordinate carpooling to the trailhead - Brittany can fit 2 to 3 additional people in her car.
These sessions are open to all levels and offer a unique chance to reconnect with your breath, body and the natural world.

What To Bring: A yoga mat and water.
Pause & Listen: A Restorative Sound Bath

In a world that moves fast, we forget how deeply healing it can be to simply pause.
Join us for a soothing sound bath designed to help you slow down, soften, and return to stillness.
Through the resonant sound waves and the vibrations of the Chinese Chau gong, 432hz singing crystal bowls, swining meditation chime, crystal pyramid, and various chimes, you'll be guided into a quiet inner space where the nervous system can settle, the mind can quiet, and the heart can rest.
This session invites you to unplug from the noise, reconnect with your breath, and tune into the subtle rhythms within. No effort, no striving - just sounds, space, and silence.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more centered, spacious & calm.
PLEASE bring items that will aid in your comfort. You will be lying on the floor, so consider ample padding under your body and head. Camping mattress / sleeping bag / padded mat / pillow / etc. If you want to bring a gravity chair, or other restful chair for your comfort please do! Don't be shy - your comfort is an important part of your experience.
