Heated Power Vinyasa

Power yoga invokes a rigorous pace to ignite internal heat, increase strength, stamina, focus, flexibility, as well as cultivating meditative breathing. We create the storm to find our calm.

Restorative & Myofascial Release

The fascial system runs from head to toe, connecting every muscle, bone, nerve, artery, vein, and internal organ. Fascia encases and interrelates all of our muscles and allows us to have continuous, fluid movement. This class will target commonly tight areas of the body.

Yang & Yin Flow

Find your power and relax in this Yang & Yin flow. The first half of the class is the power vinyasa you know and love. The second half of the class will focus on long holds and deep stretches for full relaxation.

Deep Stretch

Indulge in a serene and grounding experience with our Deep Stretch class. This warm (80-95F) practice is designed to offer a comprehensive stretch to your entire body, targeting muscles in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and hamstrings. Discover a sense of release, balance, and tranquility through this soothing session, ideal for those who have spent long hours at a desk or engaged in high-intensity workouts, leaving your muscles feeling tired and shaky.

BIPOC centered Yang and Yin Flow

 Embark on a weekly journey of well-being with our BIPOC-centered Yang and Yin Flow, led by Bianca Whiteside. Held in a gently heated room, this inclusive class caters to all levels, offering a harmonious blend of dynamic movements and calming postures. Each class is an opportunity to care for yourself, foster community with fellow yogis, build strength and practice mindfulness.
